Enjoy the Weather!
BOT:
Well it's nice to have electricity and sunshine again! Not necessarily in that order.
Mahalo Nui to Patty for the great 'Heart Break Food' and for bringing Betty and her Friends. Mahalo Nui in to the Ohana members that showed up last week in that wind storm!
A found Mahalo to those that participated in the Away Mission to Planet Bogie's Cafe. Leslie and Mike were thankful for the great Kanikapila and for helping support their cafe. They said to pass on their Alohas to the group.
Btw, Bogie's is now an Officially Sanctioned "UFS" (Ukulele Friendly Site). If anyone is interested in another Open Mic Session please let me know.
Mike is also holding a special Bus to the Battle of the Bands this Saturday. For $40 he will Bus you down to the SF Club where they're holding the competition and all the while Wining and Dining you To and Back from the Club! Sounds like a great deal. Now all you need to do is figure out how to drive back from Bogie's after attending!
Moving on to this week's food theme, I'm thinking we'll go with "Finger Foods". Mainly because I'm afraid of proclaiming "Leap Food" for fear of what might show up.
Thanks again to the KP Menehunes (especially that tall, slender, silver haired one), for helping clean up afterward and for all that pick up after themselves. You all make the Morning after so much more enjoyable!
Btw, Can you Guess Who this Beauty Belongs to? Find out this Friday!

Aloha all,
Thinking of lavash sandwiches with hummus (sans garlic) and veggies and a little Hawaiian tea cake dessert.
Maybe the new beauty is Steve-O's?? What a looker!

I'll be there. I'm thinking I'll bring fish cakes or maybe crab cakes. I have to see how much time I have to cook after school.

I didn't have enough time to cook, so it'll be some tasty finger desserts. See ya all later...

Sorry to miss the merriment tonight.
I'm heading west, by land.

I won't be able to make it this time. Battery is not reliable so will have to strum alone...again!

Not sure what we're bringing tonight, but soon I'll be leaping to it.

I'll find something that doesn't leap too high and tastes like chicken. Maybe fried mo'o with gravy?? Fits in your fingers!!!

Speaking of fingers, mine's in a bandage!! Had a little problem that took me to the ER this week, so I'll be humming, not strumming. Hope to see you soon,
