Week 17 - Mahalo Week
BOT:
Aloha Ahi Ahi UFOhana!
Boy it sure it nice to be able to type those words again. Well we’re back in the strum again, and it looks like another great Kanikapila Friday on the horizon. Hopefully, this week will not be as ‘eventful’ as the last, though there was one event this past Sunday that is worth mentioning. The Annual Hayward Ukulele Festival. Check it out below (Mahalo to Brudda Bu for the great photos).
Here are some of the Vendors:
First Contact: The UFOhana Away Team blending in with the Local Population
Wide Angle Sensor Scan of the Beam Down Site:
Overall the Away Mission was a success however, the Science Team did not manage to retrieve any unique Uke specimens this year. Maybe next year? Although, there is a new breed of Ukuleles under the Nalu brand that is definitely worth considering for any of you serious players in need of an excellent ‘Work Uke”. Check them out at:
www.nalu-ukulele.com definitely worth a look.
Ok, about the food theme, I’m think we’d better stick to: Pu’uwai Hāʻehuola (Heart Healthy) for now.

Darkness comes but gives to light,
Ohana beckons.

Not sure what we're bringing, but it will be healthy. Amy will be late, as she is working urgent care and taking care of all the hypochondriacs who think they've come down with pig flu.
Looking forward to Friday and celebrating life and how wonderful it is. Del, your 'event' has made us all realize how fantastic life is and how you, in particular, have added joy to all our lives.

Mahalos Brudda Bu for the kind words. Only one thing to add, it's "OUR Event" and you all made me be realize just how wonderful our UFOhana really is.
Again, Mahalo Nui Loa to you and Amy for keeping the Fridays strumming out there they I was indisposed. It gave me great comfort to know that out there, somewhere, our Ohana was strumming . . .
Aloha A Hui Hou!
